A Premarket Notification (FCN No. 000039), submitted by Ciba Specialty Chemicals Corporation, for the safe use of benzene-propanoic acid, 3,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxy-2-[3-[3,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl]-1oxopropyl] hydrazide, as a stabilizer for olefin polymers.
The Environmental Review Team has determined that allowing this notification to become effective will not significantly affect the quality of the human environment and therefore will not require the preparation of an environmental impact statement.
