3. Ochratoxin A: Analytical methods, TLC detection of ochratoxin A in foodstuffs, analytical method and HPLC.
4. Zearalenone: TLC and HPLC.
5. Trichothecenes: GC.
6. Fumonisins: HPLC.
7. Quality assurance for mycotoxin analysis.
8. Method validation.
9. Patulin: TLC and HPLC.
