MS95-01 1995 NCIMS Conference and Issues Submitted 04-18-95

The National Conference on Interstate Milk Shipments will be
meeting in St. Louis, MO, April 30 - May 5, 1995. Representatives
of regulatory agencies and industry will convene to discuss the 157
issues submitted by interested parties. This year was the first
year that issues were submitted with an electronic format option.

The issues may be downloaded from FDA PC as self-extracting
compressed files. Both a WordPerfect 5.1 and an ASCII text format
are available. The filenames of these versions respectively are:

                          NCIMSWP5.EXE

                               and

                          NCIMSTXT.EXE

Use the X-modem or Y-modem file transfer protocols to transfer
these files from FDA PRIME CONNECTION to your computer.

After the transfer has occurred, the following steps are used to
create the usable files. Note that each of these steps is followed
by pressing ENTER key.

     1. Make a subdirectory on computers hard drive, for example
          - MD C:\NCIMS

     2. Copy downloaded file to this subdirectory, for example -
          COPY C:\PCPLUS\DOWNLOAD\NCIMSWP5.EXE C:\NCIMS

     3. Change directory to subdirectory where compressed file
          to, for example - CD\NCIMS

     4. Type filename to execute decompression, for example -
          NCIMSWP5

The 157 files contained in these compressed files will
automatically be restored to a format usable by a word processing
program. The source file in this subdirectory (NCIMSWP5.EXE) may
then be deleted.
