A resource disk is know available that contains all FDA's technical guidance documents for retail food protection programs. This includes:

-The FDA Voluntary National Retail Food Regulatory Program Standards
-The FDA 2000 Baseline Report on the Occurrence of Foodborne Illness Risk Factors;
-A software program for jurisdictions to use to enter and analyze data from their own foodborne illness risk factor studies. The software mirrors the FDA study and will produce all the needed reports for assessing the occurrence of foodborne illness risk factors by facility types
