Immediate corrective action for risk factors found to be Out of Compliance with regulatory requirements should be verified and documented before the inspector leaves the facility. Efforts should be made to establish a solution that results in long-term control of food safety practices and employee behaviors that have the potential to contribute of foodborne illnesses.
