Section 3 of the 2004 FDA Report summarizes the results of the 2003 data collection period. The data results are presented separately for each of the 9 facility types.

For each of the facility types, the report presents:

-A bar graph displaying the Out of Compliance percentage for each of the foodborne illness risk factors;
-A bar graph listing the individual data items comprising each of the foodborne illness risk factors that are in most need of attention; and
