Speaker's Notes

The second level of analysis is to determine the Out of Compliance percentage of the foodborne illness risk factors for each of the 9 facility types. Each of the risk factors is comprised of a number of individual data items. The collective observations of all the individual data items that comprise a risk factor are used to determine the compliance percentage.
