Speaker's Notes

FDA Regional Retail Food Specialists collected the data. In order to reach the sample size goal for the desired statistical assessment, 90 inspections of each of the facility types had to be performed. This was accomplished by completing 926 inspections, resulting in 15,516 observations of specific food safety practices and behavior.
