"Mixed-Type" Facilities
If an establishment is a combination of a facility subject to the rule and an exempt
facility, the facility is required to register
- E.g., a farm that grows oranges and manufactures/ processes the oranges into juice for
sale to a distributor must register because the manufacturing/processing activity is subject to the rule
