Here’s another scenario. As you read this, think about how your food supplies could be intentionally contaminated in your facility and how you would react.
You are the owner of a catering company that often caters large events. While packing up after a church event where more than 500 people were served lunch, you heard from numerous event participants complaining of symptoms similar to food poisoning. One of your staff recalls seeing the guy you recently hired to deliver the prepared food hanging out in the back of the delivery truck with two other men that were not employees.
