Dear Mr. Parker:

I am writing to correct a minor error in my letter to you of January 22. Footnote 5 of that letter should have read as follows:

High °Brix juice concentrate is a concentrate that is diluted and repackaged as either frozen juice concentrate for consumer use or as institutional concentrate.

I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this error may have caused.
