Among the consumers who have heard of polyunsaturated fatty acid:
21% say the fat raises the risk of heart disease, 15% say it lowers the risk, 7% say it has no effect on the risk,
and 57% say they don't know.
Among the consumers who have heard of monounsaturated fatty acid:
16% say the fat raises the risk of heart disease, 16% say it lowers the risk, 9% say it has no effect on the risk,
and 59% say they don't know.
Among the consumers who have heard of hydrogenated oil:
39 say the fat raises the risk of heart disease, 6% say it lowers the risk, 5% say it has no effect on the risk,
and 50% say they don't know.
