Calories and fat are considered more important than carb in losing weight

When asked to compare calories and fat, 44% of consumers say eating fewer calories is more important than eating less fat to lose weight, 48% say eating less fat is more important, 7% say both are important, and 1% say neither is important or cannot say.

When asked to compare calories and carbohydrates, 62% of consumers say eating fewer calories is more important than eating fewer carbohydrate to lose weight, 25% say eating fewer carbohydrate is more important, 6% say both are important, and 7% say neither is important or cannot say.
